This blog is a guide to live music events and recommendations in the Washington, D.C. area, including Maryland and Virginia concert venues.  We regularly attend concerts at the 9:30 Club, the Black Cat, the Hamilton, Rock and Roll Hotel, the Verizon Center, DAR, the Strathmore, the Birchmere, Wolf Trap, and other live music venues in the D.C. metro area. Our music interests range from indie to rap to rock to country, but our concert recommendations focus primarily on indie music.  We love discovering new artists.
